Professor Sandy Eckel explains how to interprete results of logistic regression models in this document. On page 7, she shows how gender predicts smoking. The intercept value was -3.058707. The gender effect was .967966. On slide 10, she shows that the odds ratio was 0.12. The sample size was 323 (this affects only the small sample adjustment factor, Omega). My calculator arrives at the same odds ratio.
