The animation effect
On some laptops, I could get the animation effect that shuffles the ranking thing that goes off after each Kahot question. You should do this:
Settings > Ease of Access > Display > Show animations in Windows
設定 >簡単操作 >ディスプレイ >WINDOWSにアニメーションを、、、
Also this may be related, but I am not sure. This was already on on my machines. You probaly need an admin access to make this change.
Control Panel -> System -> Related links Advanced system settings -> tab Advanced -> button Performance. Then check Animate controls and elements inside windows. It will trigger additional in-game animation.
